Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme
Coleg y Cymoedd is a proud member of the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme.
Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme is Britain's good practice forum that promotes equality in the workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees and students and brings together the UK's top employers to promote diversity.
The Diversity Champions programme promotes a good working environment for all existing and potential staff and students and helps to ensure equal treatment for those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.
Our membership of this programme supports our efforts to make the College an inclusive and supportive environment to work, study and visit. We will advance our commitment to ensure sexual orientation equality by:
- Embedding best practice in sexual orientation equality into our policy and practice
- Participating in Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index
- Creating a LGBT staff and learner network
